Biography
Felix joined Venari Partners in 2025 as Managing Director, with a mandate to scale the business and expand into new sectors and geographies. He began his recruitment career in 2005 with Marks Sattin, before moving into senior leadership roles at Investigo and Badenoch + Clark (part of The Adecco Group). In 2016, he co-founded Agora Talent, a boutique search firm specialising in the consumer sectors. Over eight years, Felix built a personal brand as a trusted advisor to investors and founders, delivering retained mandates across Europe and the U.S. - both for investment professionals and senior hires within high-growth portfolio companies. Felix brings to Venari Partners a founder’s mindset, deep search expertise, and a passion for great customer experiences. He is focused on building a firm that delivers consistently exceptional partnerships and outstanding outcomes. He is committed to creating an ambitious, supportive culture where search professionals can do the best work of their careers. Outside of work, Felix is a proud father to Audrey and lives in Peckham with his wife Jacelyn. Having grown up in Auckland, New Zealand in the shadow of Eden Park, Felix remains a loyal supporter of the All Blacks and Blues rugby teams. He’s also a huge cricket fan and a proud member of the MCC.
