JSR-Consultancy was founded in 2019 by Jason Rieff, a multi-award-winning and Forbes-nominated-30-under-30 branding expert. Having held C-Level and Director positions in some of the world’s largest Hospitality brands and Advertising agencies, Jason strives to provides clients with cost-effective solutions to their individual brand challenges. Before launching JSR-Consultancy, Jason served as the Chief Marketing Officer for the global Hospitality brand Generator Hostels, overseeing the global marketing of the brand and the marketing function of the launch into the North American market. Prior to Generator, Jason held leadership roles at an array of award-winning Advertising agencies, most recently as National Strategy Director of the German branch of the Global Social Media Agency, WeAreSocial.

Nelamar began her professional career in strategic marketing at Telecom Italia Group, where she was part of an Americas B2B startup and later joined their DTC retail business in France. Nelamar holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from John Cabot University in Rome and a Wine & Spirits Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and French. A travel aficionado, Nelamar enjoys savoury cooking, reading nonfiction, dancing salsa, and traveling with her family to destinations renowned for their delicious cuisine.
