Join our Charity Secret Santa for Giving Tuesday 2024!

We can barely believe that 2024 is almost over. It’s been quite a year – but before we can get into the swing of the festive period in earnest, we want to highlight an annual Christmas tradition that means a lot to us. We’re talking, of course, about Venari Partners’ Charity Secret Santa, held annually on Giving Tuesday.

Giving Tuesdayis marked five days after the Thanksgiving holiday. The initiative began over a decade ago in New York City with a simple premise: ‘a day that encourages people to do good’. People all over the world take up the mantle to volunteer, organise events, and fundraise for noble causes. In other words, a logical time for us to ask our network for inspiration!

At Venari Partners, we are passionate about changing people’s lives for the better. Typically, this takes the shape of executive search, placing candidates in the right role in the right company at the right time. However, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and charity initiatives are of singular importance to us, and we believe in the importance of making a positive impact on the communities in which we operate.

We believe in deeds, not words, which is why we run campaigns such as theVenari Partners Challenge. We were delighted to bring this life-changing initiative back for another year, giving deserving people the chance to experience the stunning fjords of Norway while raising money for the suicide prevention charity, theCampaign Against Living Miserably(CALM). So, our Charity Secret Santa is just one more part of our bigger CSR picture.

For the past few Christmases, we have focused on making donations to organisations suggested by our contacts instead of spending unsustainably on cards and gifts.In 2023, we fundraised for these fantastic non-profits:
