Biography
Marina joined Venari Partners in September 2023 as an associate research consultant for the aviation, travel, and hospitality sectors. Before joining Venari Partners, Marina spent two years as an internal recruiter for a large hospitality group, specializing in senior management, C-suite roles. In her role at Venari Partners, Marina will expand the talent in aviation, hospitality, and travel industries. Marina graduated with a double Masters’ degree from Columbia University and London School of Economics in International and World History, Marina is using her extensive research skills to discover the best talent available. Beyond her professional pursuits, Marina is an avid violinist, and participates in all thing’s arts and culture. You’ll find her gallery hopping on Sundays and taking that inspiration for a quiet painting session in the evening.
